Dynamic flow
Unite your body with your breath in this energetic and rejuvenating class. You will flow from one posture to the next, with your breath connecting you to the practice and each moment. Build strength, tone, flexibility and core conditioning with various opportunities to find stillness in the mind and connect to your inner self.
MELLOW
Wind down for your evening with this yoga practice that slowly unravels your body and mind from the day. Tension will melt and the balance of ease once again restored. This grounding practice keeps things slow and low, with slow vinyasa, yin yoga and pranayama. It’s the night cap we all should be taking.
RISE
Rise to your weekend with this steady slow flow practice. Slower transitions highlight the importance of mindfulness and body connection, whilst moving from a foundation of strength & stability. This is THE yoga class to rise to the new day. Suitable for all yoga-goers.
Pilates
This mat-based Pilates workout focuses on core strength, flexibility, balance, and overall body awareness. The use of props such as light hand weights and a Pilates ball may be included in aid of training for a strong inner core and sculpting long, lean muscle. Our Pilates classes are breath centred and always conclude with yoga stretches and mindfulness.
Restorative Plus+
Restorative yoga plus that extra bit of care. Restore yourself inside and out in this luxe yoga class that holds you in comfort and connects you to deep relaxation. In each of the prop supported postures you will receive an essential oil massage to further indulge all your senses for complete renewal and relaxation.
Guided meditation techniques will be explored throughout the practice in giving you the opportunity for mental clarity and stress relief.
This class is the perfect way to restore mind and body.
Class time - 1hr and 15 minutes with time on completion for a herbal tea refreshment.
Breather
Come as you are to this relaxed and welcoming class (no sleep required!). We know how babies can make it tricky at finding that time for yourself again, so we have created that opportunity for you to take that deserved ‘Breather’ with the comfort of your baby beside you. This classes style is dependent on what the needs and moods of the parents are each week, using both yoga and Pilates tool to feel good and parent from a place of replenishment.
This class is limited to 6 parents.
$20 per session.
Slow Flow to Yin
This is the perfect antidote for your Monday mood. Start your week remembering the importance of slowing down enough to find the sweetness of the moment and inner contentment. Explore a slower pace in this class where breath guides you into various postures, supporting physical space and strength whilst calming your nervous system. Yin yoga will conclude this practice with deep physical release and meditation.
Funk Fusion
For those who want it all, a fusion of our favourite movements styles. Think yoga flow meets Pilates mixed with a touch of Barre.
