Breather
Your child cared for while you practice

As parents or care givers, we won’t say no to any time we can grab for ourselves and the connection with others sharing the same road. Our ‘Breather’ class gives you that deserved time to find your centre, whilst your little ones are cared for by our in House carer.

Not even the children will be able to stop you taking that breather you know you need every now and then.

This class is limited to 6 people and will only be run over Spring and Summer

An additional $10 for your child’s care will be added to your choice of one of our other class pricing options.

Pay it forward classes

This monthly donation class has been created so everyone can meet their practice.

This means you will be able to choose your price for the monthly class to donate, with House of Yoga paying it forward to a different charity each year.

The class will be created appropriately for those who attend and their needs on the day.

Yoga is inclusive of all, and this is our way to ensure you continue to feel this.

•stretching appropriately to support ease in a changing body

•sharing time with other mamas on the same path

•making time for self
