• We require 24 hours notice if you are not going to attend a class that you’ve booked in for.

• You’ll be charged the full cost of a class or have a class deducted from your House Pass on your next visit.

• This policy also applies if you’ve failed to make contact, and don’t turn up to a class.

• We hold the right to waive this policy under circumstances we deem unavoidable.
